With effect from Patch 3.2.2 and the revamping of Onyxia, you can NO LONGER accpet the old quest from "Foror's Compendium of Dragon Slaying" and get the older version of Quel'Serrar. Now the new version of Quel'Serrar is only dropped by Onyxia. What a waste they never change the quality of the book.
